Again (of old) We bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron, 114 And delivered them and their people from the great affliction. 115 and succoured them, so that [in the end] it was they who achieved victory. 116 We gave them the explicit Book, 117 And showed them the straight path, 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 Peace be unto Moses and Aaron! 120 Thus do We reward the doers of good 121 They are among Our faithful devotees. 122 And lo! Elias was of those sent (to warn), 123 when he said to his people, 'Will you not be godfearing? 124 “What! You worship Baal (an idol) and leave the Best Creator?” – 125 who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 except for God's sincere servants; 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 "Peace be on Elijah and his people!" 130 That is how We reward those who do good. 131 he was among Our believing servants. 132 And verily Lut was of the sent ones. 133 Behold, We delivered him and his adherents, all 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 then We destroyed the others, 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 And at night-time; have ye then no sense? 138
