And heaven -- We built it with might, and We extend it wide. 47 And the earth -- We spread it forth; O excellent Smoothers! 48 And We created pairs of everything that you may contemplate. 49 (Muhammad), tell them,"Seek refuge in God. I have been sent from Him to plainly warn you. 50 And set not up (or worship) any other ilahan (god) along with Allah [Glorified be He (Alone), Exalted above all that they associate as partners with Him]. Verily, I (Muhammad SAW) am a plain warner to you from Him. 51 Likewise, there came no messenger to those before them, but they said, "He is a sorcerer or a madman." 52 What, have they bequeathed it one to another? Nay, but they are an insolent people. 53 So turn away thou from them, not thou art blameworthy. 54 And advise, for advice benefits the Muslims. 55 And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me. 56 I seek no sustenance from them, nor do I want them to feed Me -- 57 Surely Allah is the Bestower of sustenance, the Lord of Power, the Strong. 58 And verily, they who are bent on doing evil shall have their share [of evil] like unto the share of their fellows [of old]: so let them not ask Me to hasten [their doom]! 59 Alas the woe for those who refuse to believe in the Day which has been promised them. 60
