Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But nay! I swear by all that ye see 38 And all that ye see not 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured Messenger [i.e. Jibrael (Gabriel) or Muhammad SAW which he has brought from Allah]. 40 And not the word of a poet. How little is it that you believe! 41 Nor diviner's speech - little is it that ye remember! 42 (This is) a Message sent down from the Lord of the Worlds. 43 And if Muhammad had made up about Us some [false] sayings, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand; 45 then We would surely have cut his life-vein 46 and not one of you would have been able to withhold Us from doing so. 47 And lo! it is a warrant unto those who ward off (evil). 48 And behold, well do We know that among you are such as will give the lie to it: 49 And verily it shall be an occasion of anguish unto the infidels. 50 Certainly it is a Truth of absolute certainty. 51 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
