The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ When the Event will come to pass 1 no soul will deny its coming. 2 It will abase some and exalt others. 3 When the earth is violently shaken 4 and the mountains are totally shattered and crumble to pieces 5 they will become like dust scattered around. 6 And ye will be three kinds: 7 Companions of the Right (O Companions of the Right!) 8 And those on the left – how (wretched) are those on the left! 9 And the Outstrippers, the Outstrippers 10 These will be those Nearest to Allah: 11 in the Gardens of Delight, 12 A number of people from those of old, 13 but only a few from the later generations. 14 On lined couches, 15 Reclining on them, facing one another. 16 immortal youths shall go about them 17 With vessels, pitchers and a cup [of wine] from a flowing spring - 18 by which their minds will not be clouded and which will not make them drunk; 19 And with fruits, any that they may select: 20 and the flesh of birds, as they desire. 21 And (there will be) Companions with beautiful, big, and lustrous eyes,- 22 as the likeness of hidden pearls, 23 a recompense for all that they did. 24 There they shall hear no idle talk nor any sinful speech. 25 only the words of peace and tranquillity. 26 And the companions of the right hand; how happy are the companions of the right hand! 27 (will be) among thornless Lote trees. 28 Among Talh trees with flowers (or fruits) piled one above another,- 29 and extended shade, 30 and flowing water, 31 And fruit in abundance. 32 undiminished and never denied 33 And [with them will be their] spouses, raised high: 34 and their spouses We shall have brought them into being afresh, 35 having resurrected them as virgins, 36 Beloved (by nature), equal in age,- 37 For the sake of the companions of the right hand. 38

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
