The Comet (Al-Taareq)
17 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Town (Al-Balad) before The Moon (Al-Qamar)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By the heaven, and the night-visitor, 1 And what shall teach thee what is the night-star? 2 The very brightly shining star! 3 There is not a soul but over it is a keeper. 4 So let man consider from what he is created. 5 He is created from a water dripping, 6 which comes out of the loins and ribs. 7 Surely, He is Able to bring him back, 8 On the Day when man's deepest secrets shall be put to the test 9 He will have no strength or helper. 10 By oath of the sky from which comes down the rain. 11 And by the Earth which opens out (for the gushing of springs or the sprouting of vegetation),- 12 Indeed, the Qur'an is a decisive statement, 13 not a flippant jest. 14 They are devising guile, 15 And I am planning a scheme. 16 Therefore grant a delay to the Unbelievers: Give respite to them gently (for awhile). 17
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
