The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ EXTOL the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's name: [the glory of] the Al-Highest, 1 The One Who created, and then made proper. 2 who determined and guided, 3 Who brings out the pastures 4 Then makes it dried up, dust-colored. 5 We will make you recite so you shall not forget, 6 save what God wills; surely He knows what is spoken aloud and what is hidden. 7 And We shall create the means of ease for you. 8 So remind, if the reminder should benefit; 9 He who fears (Allah) shall heed it, 10 but the reprobates will turn away 11 He will be cast into the Great Fire. 12 where he will neither die nor live. 13 He has certainly succeeded who purifies himself 14 And who mentioned the name of his Lord, then offered prayer. 15 Nay! you prefer the life of this world, 16 While the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Surely, this is in the ancient Scrolls, 18 In the Books of Ibrahim and Moosa. 19
Almighty God's Truth.
