The dwellers of the forest also rejected the messengers. 176 when Shuaib said to them, 'Will you not be godfearing? 177 "I am to you a messenger worthy of all trust. 178 So fear Allah, and obey me. 179 “And I do not ask from you any fee for it; my reward is only upon the Lord Of The Creation.” 180 ۞ Give full measure, and cause no loss to others. 181 Weigh your goods with proper balance 182 and do not deprive people of what is rightfully theirs; and do not act wickedly on earth by spreading corruption, 183 and have fear of Him Who created you and the earlier generations." 184 They said: "Surely you are deluded. 185 And you are naught but a mortal like ourselves, and we know you to be certainly of the liars. 186 "So cause a piece of the heaven to fall on us, if you are of the truthful!" 187 He said, "My Lord is most knowing of what you do." 188 But they called him a liar, so the punishment of the day of covering overtook them; surely it was the punishment of a grievous day. 189 Surely, in this is indeed a sign; but most of them would not believe: 190 Your Lord is Majestic and All-merciful. 191
