Pray, (O Muhammad): "My Lord, if You should bring the scourge of which they had been warned in my presence, 93 “Therefore my Lord, do not group me with the unjust.” 94 And indeed We are Able to show you (O Muhammad SAW) that with which We have threatened them. 95 Repel evil with that which is better. We know that which they describe. 96 And submit, “My Lord! I seek Your refuge from the instigation of the devils.” 97 and I seek refuge with Thee, O my Sustainer, lest they come near unto me!" 98 (In Falsehood will they be) Until, when death comes to one of them, he says: "O my Lord! send me back (to life),- 99 haply I shall do righteousness in that I forsook.' Nay, it is but a word he speaks; and there; behind them, is a barrier until the day that they shall be raised up. 100 Then, when the trumpet [of resurrection] is blown, no ties of kinship will on that Day prevail among them, and neither will they ask about one another. 101 And those whose scales are heavy [with good deeds] - it is they who are the successful. 102 But those whose scales weigh light will have ruined their souls; in Hell will they abide. 103 the fire will scorch their faces, and they will abide therein with their lips distorted in pain. 104 'What, were My signs not recited to you, and you cried them lies?' 105 They shall say, 'Our Lord, our adversity prevailed over us; we were an erring people. 106 “Our Lord, remove us from hell – then if we do the same, we are the unjust.” 107 He saith: Begone therein, and speak not unto Me. 108 Among My worshipers there were a party who said: "Lord, we believed. Forgive us and have mercy on us: You are the Best of the merciful." 109 "But ye treated them with ridicule, so much so that (ridicule of) them made you forget My Message while ye were laughing at them! 110 On this day I have given them their reward for their exercising patience and it is they who have triumphed." 111 He will say: How long tarried ye in the earth, counting by years? 112 They shall say, 'We have tarried a day, or part of a day; ask the numberers!' 113 He will say, "You stayed not but a little - if only you had known. 114 "Do you imagine that We created you without any purpose and that you would not be brought back to Us?" 115 So exalted be Allah, the True King; no god is there but He, the Lord of the honorable dominion. 116 He, who invokes another deity along with God, a deity of whose divinity he has no proof, will be brought to account by his Lord. Certainly, those who deny the truth shall never prosper. 117 And say (O Muhammad SAW): "My Lord! Forgive and have mercy, for You are the Best of those who show mercy!" 118
