Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I am purely a Herald of Warning – and there is no God except Allah, the One, the All Dominant.” 65 “Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them – the Almighty, the Oft Forgiving.” 66 Say, “That is a great tidings.” 67 “You are neglectful of it!” 68 I had no knowledge of the Highest Chiefs when they disputed; 69 "Only this has been inspired to me, that I am a plain warner." 70 Recall what time thy Lord said unto the angels: verily I am about to create a human being from clay; 71 And when I have made him and have breathed into him of My spirit. Fall down in homage before him." 72 The angels fell down prostrate, every one, 73 save Iblis; he waxed proud, and was one of the unbelievers. 74 Said Allah, “O Iblis! What prevented you from prostrating before one whom I have created with My hands*? Have you become proud or were you haughty from the beginning?” (Used as a metaphor). 75 Said Iblis, “I am better than him; You made me from fire, and You have created him from clay!” 76 (Allah) said: "Then get out from here, for verily, you are outcast. 77 Upon you will be My damnation till the Day of Doom." 78 But Satan said, "My Lord, grant me respite until the Day of Resurrection," 79 (Allah) said: "Verily! You are of those allowed respite 80 “Until the time of the known day.” 81 He (satan) said: 'I swear by Your Might, that I will seduce all of them 82 [all] save such of them as are truly Thy servants!" 83 (Allah) said: "Then it is just and fitting- and I say what is just and fitting- 84 “That I will fill hell with you and with those among them who follow you, all together.” 85 Say: "No reward do I ask of you for this (Qur'an), nor am I a pretender. 86 "It (this Quran) is only a Reminder for all the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns). 87 "And you shall certainly know the truth of it after a while. 88
