So whoever does some good deeds, and is a believer, then his efforts will not be ignored; and We are recording it. 94 There is a ban upon any city that We have destroyed; they shall not return 95 Until when the way is opened up for Gog and Magog and they press from every elevated place, 96 and the time for the fulfilment of the true promise of Allah draws near, whereupon the eyes of those who disbelieved will stare in fear, and they will say: "Woe to us, we were indeed heedless of this; nay, we were wrongdoers." 97 (They will be told): "Verily you and the gods you worshipped beside Allah are the fuel of Hell. All of you are bound to arrive there. 98 “Had these been Gods they would not go into hell; and they have to remain in it.” 99 They will groan in pain therein, but no one will listen to them. 100 Indeed those to whom Our promise of goodness has been made, have been kept far away from hell. 101 They will not hear its faintest sound, and they shall abide in that which their souls long for. 102 The Hour of the Great Terror shall not grieve them, and the angels shall receive them saying: "This is your Day which you had been promised." 103 The Day that We roll up the heavens like a scroll rolled up for books (completed),- even as We produced the first creation, so shall We produce a new one: a promise We have undertaken: truly shall We fulfil it. 104 And indeed We wrote, after the reminder in the Zaboor that, “My virtuous bondmen will inherit the earth.” 105 Most surely in this is a message to a people who serve 106 We have sent you as a benevolence to the creatures of the world. 107 Proclaim, “It is divinely revealed to me that your God is the only One God – Allah; do you therefore become Muslims?” 108 Then, if they should turn their backs, say: 'I have proclaimed to you all equally, even though I know not whether near or far is that you are promised.' 109 God knows well all that is spoken aloud and all that you hide. 110 I think that this [reprieve] is possibly a trial for you, an opportunity to enjoy yourselves until an appointed time." 111 He saith: my Lord! judge Thou with truth. And our Lord is the Compassionate Whose help is to be sought against that which ye utter. 112
