But nay, I swear by all that you can see 38 And that which ye see not. 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured Messenger [i.e. Jibrael (Gabriel) or Muhammad SAW which he has brought from Allah]. 40 And it is not the speech of a poet. Little it is that ye believe 41 nor the speech of a soothsayer (little do you remember). 42 It has been sent down by the Lord of all the worlds. 43 And if he [i.e., the Prophets] had forged this Discourse and thereafter ascribed it to Us, 44 We should certainly seize him by his right hand, 45 And then certainly should have cut off his life artery (Aorta), 46 and none of you could have saved him! 47 Surely it is a Reminder to the godfearing; 48 We know very well that there are some among you who reject Our signs -- 49 it will be a source of bitter regret for those who deny the truth -- 50 And Verily, it (this Quran) is an absolute truth with certainty. 51 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 52
