The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are the verses of the perspicuous Book. 2 Perhaps, [O Muhammad], you would kill yourself with grief that they will not be believers. 3 If We will, We can send down on them a sign from the sky so that their leaders would remain bowed before it. 4 And never comes there unto them a Reminder as a recent revelation from the Most Beneficent (Allah), but they turn away therefrom. 5 Now they have denied (the Truth); but there will come unto them tidings of that whereat they used to scoff. 6 Have they, then, never considered the earth - how much of every noble kind [of life] We have caused to grow thereon? 7 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them will not accept faith. 8 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
