۞ We said to Moses: "Travel by night with My creatures. You will surely be pursued." 52 Then Fir'aun (Pharaoh) sent callers to (all) the cities. 53 [And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band, 54 “And indeed they have angered all of us.” 55 and we are a host on our guard' 56 Thus did We take them away from gardens and watersprings, 57 their treasures and their noble dwellings -- 58 even so, and We bequeathed them upon the Children of Israel. 59 Pharaoh and his people pursued them at sunrise, 60 When the two groups came close to each other, the companions of Moses said, "We will be caught". 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 Then We inspired Musa (Moses) (saying): "Strike the sea with your stick." And it parted, and each separate part (of that sea water) became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 We delivered Moses and all those who were with him, 65 then, We drowned the others. 66 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 67 Verily your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Ever Compassionate. 68
