Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Ya Sin 1 By the Wise Qur'an, 2 verily, thou art indeed one of God's message-bearers, 3 upon a Straight Path. 4 It is a Revelation sent down by (Him), the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 5 so that you may warn a people who are unaware because their fathers were not warned. 6 Certainly the word has proved true of most of them, so they do not believe. 7 We have bound their necks with fetters up to their chin, so that their heads are raised and cannot be lowered. 8 And We have put a barrier before them, and a barrier behind them, and We have covered them up, so that they cannot see. 9 thus, it is all one to them whether thou warnest them or dost not warn them: they will not believe. 10 You can only warn him who follows the reminder and fears the Beneficent Allah in secret; so announce to him forgiveness and an honorable reward. 11 We shall surely bring the dead back to life and We record what they send ahead and what they leave behind. We have recorded everything in a clear book. 12
