And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 And helped them, so they were victorious. 116 and We gave them the Manifesting Book, 117 And We guided them on the straight path. 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 Peace be unto Musa and Harun. 120 That is how We reward those who do good. 121 for those two were truly among Our believing servants. 122 Elijah too was one of the messengers. 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 Do you call upon Baal and forsake the Best of the Creators? 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your ancestors of yore.” 126 But they denied him [Iliyas (Elias)], so they will certainly be brought forth (to the punishment), 127 Except the sincere and devoted Servants of Allah (among them). 128 And We left for him (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 131 he was among Our believing servants. 132 Lot was also one of the messengers. 133 When We saved him and his family, all, 134 except an old woman who was among those that stayed behind; 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 and, verily, [to this day] you pass by the remnants of their dwellings at morning-time 137 and in the night; will you not understand? 138
