Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
26 verses, revealed in Mecca after Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat) before The Cave (Al-Kahf)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
Certainly the news of the calamity that will overwhelm has come to you! 1 On that Day faces shall be humbled, 2 troubled and tired as a result of their deeds in the past. 3 (Yet) Going into the blazing fire. 4 They will be given drink from a boiling spring. 5 no food for them but cactus thorn 6 Which will neither nourish nor avail against hunger. 7 On that very Day some faces shall be radiant with joy, 8 well pleased with their striving, 9 in a Garden on high, 10 wherein they will not hear any vain talk. 11 with a flowing spring, 12 In which are high thrones. 13 And goblets ready placed! 14 And cushions set in rows, 15 and rich carpets levelled out. 16 Do they not then ponder how the clouds were formed; 17 And the sky: how it was raised high? 18 And the mountains – how they have been established? 19 And at the earth - how it is spread out? 20 So, [O Prophet] exhort them: your task is only to exhort, 21 You are not at all a guardian over them. 22 But if any turn away and reject Allah,- 23 Allah will punish them with the greatest punishment. 24 For to Us will be their return; 25 and verily, It is for Us to call them to account. 26
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
