The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

OH, the sudden calamity! 1 How awesome the sudden calamity! 2 And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be? 3 It is the Day when people will be like moths, dispersed, 4 and mountains will be like carded wool. 5 Those whose good deeds will weigh heavier (on the scale) 6 will live a pleasant life, 7 And as for him whose measure of good deeds is light, 8 He is in the lap of one that abases. 9 Would that you knew what hawiya his? 10 A Blazing Fire! 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
