Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
26 verses, revealed in Mecca after Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat) before The Cave (Al-Kahf)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
Have you received the news of the Enveloper? 1 Faces on that Day shall be downcast, 2 Laboring, toiling, 3 They will [enter to] burn in an intensely hot Fire. 4 that is fueled from a tremendously hot fountain, 5 For them there will be no food except from a poisonous, thorny plant 6 which gives no strength and neither stills hunger. 7 Faces on that day jocund, 8 well pleased with the result of their striving, 9 In a high Garden. 10 Wherein you shall not hear vain talk. 11 Therein will be a running spring, 12 Within it are couches raised high 13 Goblets placed (ready), 14 And cushions set in rows, 15 and well spread carpets. 16 Do they not then ponder how the clouds were formed; 17 And the heaven, how it is raised? 18 and on the mountains, how they are firmly set up, 19 And the earth, how it is made a vast expanse? 20 And so, [O Prophet,] exhort them; thy task is only to exhort: 21 You are not a dictator over them. 22 Other than him who turns his back and denies, 23 Allah will punish him with direst punishment. 24 Surely to Us is their return; 25 Then indeed, upon Us is their account. 26
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
