Say (O Muhammad SAW): " My Lord! If You would show me that with which they are threatened (torment), 93 O my Lord, do not put me among the harmdoing people' 94 We have certainly the power to make you see what We have promised them. 95 Repel thou the evil with that which is fairer. We Ourselves know very well that they describe. 96 And pray: "My Lord! I seek Your refuge from the suggestions of the evil ones; 97 “And my Lord, (I seek) Your refuge from their coming to me.” 98 Until, when death cometh unto one of them, he saith: My Lord! Send me back, 99 haply I shall do righteousness in that I forsook.' Nay, it is but a word he speaks; and there; behind them, is a barrier until the day that they shall be raised up. 100 And when the trumpet is blown there will be no kinship among them that day, nor will they ask of one another. 101 Then those whose balance (of good deeds) is heavy,- they will attain salvation: 102 But those whose scales weigh light will have ruined their souls; in Hell will they abide. 103 The fire burneth their faces, and they are glum therein. 104 'What, were My signs not recited to you, and you cried them lies?' 105 They will say, "Our Lord, our wretchedness overcame us, and we were a people astray. 106 Our Lord, bring us forth out of it! Then, if we revert, we shall be evildoers indeed.' 107 He will say: 'Slink there in it and do not speak to Me' 108 Verily! There was a party of My slaves, who used to say: "Our Lord! We believe, so forgive us, and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of all who show mercy!" 109 "You mocked and laughed at them until you forgot all about Me. 110 I have rewarded them this day for they were constant, and they have come to attainment." 111 And He will ask: 'How many years did you live on earth' 112 They shall say, 'We have tarried a day, or part of a day; ask the numberers!' 113 He (Allah) will say: "You stayed not but a little, if you had only known! 114 Did you think that We had created you only for play, and that you would never be returned to Us' 115 So exalted be Allah, the True King; no god is there but He, the Lord of the honorable dominion. 116 And whoever invokes with Allah another god-- he has no proof of this-- his reckoning is only with his Lord; surely the unbelievers shall not be successful. 117 And say thou: my Lord! forgive and have mercy, and Thou art the Best of the merciful ones. 118
