And as for those who emigrated for the Cause of Allah, after suffering oppression, We will certainly give them goodly residence in this world, but indeed the reward of the Hereafter will be greater, if they but knew! 41 (For) those who persevere and place their trust in their Lord. 42 And We sent not (as Our Messengers) before you (O Muhammad SAW) any but men, whom We inspired, (to preach and invite mankind to believe in the Oneness of Allah). So ask of those who know the Scripture [learned men of the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)], if you know not. 43 With clear proofs and writings; and We have revealed unto thee the Remembrance that thou mayst explain to mankind that which hath been revealed for them, and that haply they may reflect. 44 Do then those who devise evil (plots) feel secure that Allah will not cause the earth to swallow them up, or that the Wrath will not seize them from directions they little perceive?- 45 or that He will not take them to task [suddenly] in the midst of their comings and goings, without their being able to elude [Him,] 46 Or that He will not seize them with a gradual wasting? Lo! thy Lord is indeed Full of Pity, Merciful. 47 Do the people not see how the objects Allah has created cast their shadows right and left, prostrating themselves in utter submission to Allah? 48 To God bows everything in the heavens, and every creature crawling on the earth, and the angels. They have not waxed proud; 49 they fear their Lord from above them and do as they are commanded. ۩ 50
