The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the Clatterer? 2 And what do you know what the Calamity is? 3 On that Day human beings shall be like scattered moths, 4 And the mountains will be like wool, fluffed up. 5 Then as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be heavy, 6 shall have a blissful life; 7 But as for him whose scales are light, 8 the Abyss shall be his home. 9 And what will make you know what it is? 10 It is the scorching fire. 11
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
