The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ GLORIFY THE NAME of your Lord, most high, 1 Who hath created and then proportioned, 2 And Who makes (things) according to a measure, then guides (them to their goal), 3 And Who brings forth herbage, 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 We shall teach you (the Quran) and you will not forget it 6 Except what Allah pleases, surely He knows the manifest, and what is hidden. 7 And We shall create the means of ease for you. 8 Therefore give admonition in case the admonition profits (the hearer). 9 Those who have fear of God will benefit 10 but the most wretched shall avoid it, 11 Who shall enter the great fire; 12 Wherein he shall neither die nor live, 13 He has certainly succeeded who purifies himself 14 remember the name of the Lord, and pray to Him. 15 Nay, but you prefer the present life; 16 While the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 And this is in the Books of the earliest (Revelation),- 18 Writs of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
