He is the Omnipotent over His slaves. He sendeth guardians over you until, when death cometh unto one of you, Our messengers receive him, and they neglect not. 61 Then are they restored unto Allah, their Lord, the Just. Surely His is the judgment. And He is the most swift of reckoners. 62 Say: 'Who delivers you from the shadows of land and sea? You call upon Him humbly and secretly, "Truly, if Thou deliverest from these, we shall be among the thankful." 63 Say: Allah delivers you from them and from every distress, but again you set up others (with Him). 64 Say: "He hath power to send calamities on you, from above and below, or to cover you with confusion in party strife, giving you a taste of mutual vengeance - each from the other." See how We explain the signs by various (symbols); that they may understand. 65 Your people have denied it even though it is the Truth. Say: "I am not a guardian over You. 66 Every tiding [from God] has a term set for its fulfilment: and in time you will come to know [the truth]." 67 And when you see those who engage in [offensive] discourse concerning Our verses, then turn away from them until they enter into another conversation. And if Satan should cause you to forget, then do not remain after the reminder with the wrongdoing people. 68 On their account no responsibility falls on the righteous, but (their duty) is to remind them, that they may (learn to) fear Allah. 69 And leave alone those who take their religion as play and amusement, and are deceived by the life of this world. But remind (them) with it (the Quran) lest a person be given up to destruction for that which he has earned, when he will find for himself no protector or intercessor besides Allah, and even if he offers every ransom, it will not be accepted from him.
