We certainly bestowed Our favor upon Moses and Aaron 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 And helped them, so that they became the victors; 116 And We gave them the explicit Scripture, 117 and showed them the Straight Way, 118 and left for them among the later folk 119 Peace be upon Moosa and Haroon! 120 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 121 Verily the twain were of Our bondmen believing. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 When he said to his people, “Do you not fear?” 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 “Allah – Who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?” 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 Save single-minded slaves of Allah. 128 And We perpetuated to him (praise) among the later generations. 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And Lot too was one of the Messengers. 133 (Call to mind) when We delivered him and all his kinsfolk, 134 Except his wife among those who remained [with the evildoers]. 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 You pass by (their habitations) in the morning 137 And at night. Will ye not therefore reflect? 138
