Lo! those who ward off (evil) are among gardens and watersprings. 45 "Enter therein in peace and security!" -- 46 And We have removed any resentments which were in their breasts – they are brothers, sitting face to face on thrones. 47 Toil cometh not unto them there, nor will they be expelled from thence. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I alone am the Forgiving, the Merciful One, 49 But My punishment is surely a painful one. 50 Tell them about the guests of Abraham. 51 when they entered unto him, saying, 'Peace!' He said, 'Behold, we are afraid of you.' 52 'Do not be afraid' they answered. 'We come to give you glad tidings of a knowledgeable child' 53 Said he: "Do you give me this glad tiding despite the fact that old age has overtaken me? Of what [strange thing,] then, are you giving me a tiding!" 54 They said: "The good tiding we give you is of truth. Do not, therefore, be of those who despair." 55 He said, “Who is it that despairs from the mercy of his Lord, except those who are astray?” 56 And asked them: "What matter, O angels, brings you here?" 57 They said: We have been sent unto a guilty folk, 58 Except Lot's family, of whom we shall save all, 59 Except his wife, of whom We had decreed that she should be of those who stay behind. 60
