Hast thou not seen how We sent the Satans against the unbelievers, to prick them? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (things) against them, for We count out to them a number, 84 The Day We shall gather the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2) unto the Most Beneficent (Allah), like a delegate (presented before a king for honour). 85 and We shall drive the sinful like a thirsty herd into Hell. 86 They shall not own intercession, excepting those who have taken of the Compassionate a covenant. 87 And they say: The Beneficent Allah has taken (to Himself) a son. 88 Indeed, [by this assertion] you have brought forth something monstrous, 89 It is such a monstrosity that heavens might well-nigh burst forth at it, the earth might be cleaved, and the mountains fall 90 because they have ascribed a son to the Merciful. 91 When it is not meet for (the Majesty of) the Beneficent that He should choose a son. 92 All that is in the heavens and the earth will return to the Beneficent God as His submissive servants. 93 Certainly He has a comprehensive knowledge of them and He has numbered them a (comprehensive) numbering. 94 And every one of them will come to Him on the day of resurrection alone. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 We have made it [the Quran] easy, in your own language [Prophet], so that you may convey glad news to the righteous and give warning to a stubborn people. 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Do you see any one of them or hear a sound of them? 98
