۞ O men! It is you, who stand in need of God, whereas He alone is self-sufficient, the One to whom all praise is due. 15 If He wills, He can take you away and bring other creatures. 16 And that is not hard for Allah. 17 And no burdened soul will carry another soul’s burden; and if a burdened soul calls another to share the burden, no one will carry any part of it, even if he is a close relative; O dear Prophet (Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), your warning only benefits those who fear their Lord without seeing and who keep the prayer established; and whoever cleansed himself, has cleansed for his own benefit; and towards Allah only is the return. 18 Not alike are the blind and the seeing. 19 Nor are (alike) the darkness (disbelief) and the light (Belief in Islamic Monotheism). 20 The shade and the hot wind are not equal, 21 nor are the living and the dead alike. Allah makes to hear whomsoever He wishes, but you, (O Prophet), cannot cause to hear those who are in their graves. 22 You, [O Muhammad], are not but a warner. 23 Verily! We have sent you with the truth, a bearer of glad tidings, and a warner. And there never was a nation but a warner had passed among them. 24 And if they deny thee, those before them also denied. Their messengers came unto them with clear proofs (of Allah's Sovereignty), and with the Psalms and the Scripture giving light. 25 then I seized the unbelievers, and how was My horror! 26
