And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 and saved them and their people from great distress. 115 We helped them, and they became victorious, 116 and We gave them the Clear Book, 117 And We led the twain on unto the straight path. 118 And We kept their praise among the latter generations. 119 "Peace upon Moses and Aaron." 120 This is how We reward the virtuous. 121 Surely both of them were among Our believing servants. 122 Surely, Elias too was among the Messengers. 123 He said to his people, "Have you no fear [of God?] 124 Do you call on Baal and abandon the Best of Creators, 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your ancestors of yore.” 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 We perpetuated his praise in the later generations. 129 Peace be with the followers of Elias. 130 Verily, thus do We reward the doers of good 131 for he was truly one of Our believing servants! 132 And lo! Lot verily was of those sent (to warn). 133 [and so,] when [We decreed the doom of his sinful town,] We saved him and his household, 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 Then We annihilated the others. 136 And surely ye pass by them in the morning. 137 And at night; do you not then understand? 138
