Beholdest thou not that We have sent the satans upon the infidels inciting them by an incitement? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (things) against them, for We count out to them a number, 84 The day on which We will gather those who guard (against evil) to the Beneficent Allah to receive honors 85 And drive the guilty unto hell, a weary herd, 86 They shall not control intercession, save he who has made a covenant with the Beneficent Allah. 87 And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken [for Himself] a son." 88 You have done an atrocious thing. 89 The heavens are close to being torn apart by it, and the earth being split asunder, and the mountains succumbing and falling down. 90 For they have attributed a son to Ar-Rahman, 91 And it is not appropriate for the Most Merciful that He should take a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but comes before Ar-Rahman in all obedience. 93 He has counted them and exactly numbered all; 94 And everyone of them will come to Him singly on the Day of Judgment. 95 Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - the Most Merciful will appoint for them affection. 96 Therefore, We have revealed the Qur'an in your tongue and made it easy to understand that you may give glad tidings to the God-fearing and warn a contentious people. 97 for, how many a generation have We destroyed before their time - [and] canst thou perceive any one of them [now,] or hear any whisper of them? 98
