Indeed, We created the human. We know the whisperings of his soul, and are closer to him than the jugular vein. 16 When the two receivers receive, sitting on the right and on the left. 17 Not a word does he utter but there is a sentinel by him, ready (to note it). 18 And the agony of death cometh in truth. (And it is said unto him): This is that which thou wast wont to shun. 19 And the trumpet is blown. This is the threatened Day. 20 And every soul cometh, along with it a driver and a witness. 21 (He will be told), "You were completely heedless of this day. We have removed the veil from your eyes and your vision will now be sharp and strong". 22 His (angelic) companion will say, "(Lord), the record of his deeds is with me and is all ready". 23 (It will be said): 'Indeed, cast into Gehenna (Hell) every deviating unbeliever, 24 every hinderer of the good, transgressor, disquieter, 25 and an idol worshipper. Throw him into severe torment". 26 ۞ His accompanying devil said, “Our Lord! I did not cause him to rebel, but he himself was in extreme error.” 27 He saith: Contend not in My presence, when I had already proffered unto you the warning. 28 "The Word changes not before Me, and I do not the least injustice to My Servants." 29
