BUT NAY! I call to witness all that you can see, 38 and by that you do not see, 39 most surely, this is the word brought by a noble messenger, 40 It is not poet's speech - little is it that ye believe! 41 Nor is it the speech of a soothsayer; how little do you ponder! 42 It has been revealed by the Lord of the Universe. 43 And had he fabricated just one matter upon Us 44 We would have seized him by the right hand 45 Then We would have cut from him the aorta. 46 And not one of you could have withheld Us from him. 47 And verily, this [Qur'an] is a reminder to all the God-conscious! 48 And most surely We know that some of you are rejecters. 49 And verily it shall be an occasion of anguish unto the infidels. 50 And most surely it is the true certainty 51 So glorify the name of thy Tremendous Lord. 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
