Al-A'alaa
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Glorify the name of thy Guardian-Lord Most High, 1 The One Who created, and then made proper. 2 Who determined and guided them, 3 who brings forth green pasture, 4 And [then] makes it black stubble. 5 WE SHALL teach thee, and thou wilt not forget [aught of what thou art taught,] 6 Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden. 7 And We shall ease thy way unto the state of ease. 8 Remind, if the reminder can be of benefit. 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 but aloof from it will remain that most hapless wretch 11 Who will enter the great Fire and made to taste its burning, 12 Wherein he shall neither die nor live, 13 Prosperous is he who purifies himself, 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 and the world to come is better, and more enduring. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
