Al-Duhaa
The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By the morning brightness 1 And the night when it covers with darkness. 2 Thy Lord hath not forsaken thee, nor is He displeased. 3 and the Last shall be better for thee than the First. 4 Verily your Lord will soon give you so amply that you will be well-pleased. 5 Did He not find thee an orphan, and shelter thee? 6 Did He not find you perplexed, and show you the way? 7 Did He not find thee destitute and enrich (thee)? 8 Therefore, treat not the orphan with oppression, 9 And as for him who asks, do not chide (him), 10 But the bounty of the Lord - rehearse and proclaim! 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
