▼ 15 The Hijjr Valley
Al-Hijjr 2 of 6
And indeed We created towers in the skies, and beautified it for the beholders. 16 And We have protected it from every devil expelled [from the mercy of Allah] 17 Except one who comes to eavesdrop – therefore a bright flame goes after him. 18 We have spread out the earth and set upon it firm mountains. Everything We have caused to grow therein is justly weighed; 19 to provide you and those for whose sustenance you are not responsible, with the necessities of life. 20 With Us is the source of everything and We do not send it down except in a known quantity. 21 And We send the fecundating winds, then cause the rain to descend from the sky, therewith providing you with water (in abundance), though ye are not the guardians of its stores. 22 And most surely We bring to life and cause to die and We are the heirs. 23 We surely know those of you who go forward and those of you who lag behind. 24 And indeed, your Lord will gather them; indeed, He is Wise and Knowing. 25
