Al-Takweer
The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
When the sun is overthrown, 1 The stars turn dim and scatter, 2 And when the mountains shall made to pass away; 3 when the pregnant camels shall be neglected, 4 when the savage beasts shall be brought together, 5 the oceans are brought to a boil, 6 When souls are reunited (with the bodies) 7 questions are asked about the baby girls buried alive, 8 For what sin she was slain. 9 And when the Writs shall be lain open, 10 When the world on High is unveiled; 11 And when Hell-fire shall be kindled to fierce ablaze. 12 and Paradise is brought near, 13 (Then) every soul will know what it hath made ready. 14 No! I swear by the slinkers, 15 Go straight, or hide; 16 The closing night, 17 And by oath of the morning when it takes birth. 18 Truly, this is the word brought by a noble messenger, 19 The processor of strength, having an honorable place with the Lord of the Dominion, 20 [the word] of one to be heeded, and worthy of trust! 21 Your companion is not possessed; 22 And indeed he saw him on the clear horizon. (Prophet Mohammed saw Angel Jibreel in his true shape – peace and blessings be upon them). 23 And he (Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) withholds not a knowledge of the unseen. 24 Nor is this the word of a stoned satan. 25 So where are you going? 26 This is merely a reminder to all mankind; 27 to everyone of you who wills to walk a straight way. 28 And you will not, unless (it be) that Allah wills, the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 29

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
