The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

I swear by the runners breathing pantingly, 1 and produce sparks 2 by the dawnraiders, 3 blazing a trail of dust, 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 VERILY, towards his Sustainer man is most ungrateful 6 And indeed, he is to that a witness. 7 Surely he is passionate in his love for good things. 8 ۞ Is he not aware of the time when the contents of the graves will be brought out? 9 and all that is in the hearts is made public, 10 Surely on that Day will their Lord be fully informed about them. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
