And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And We delivered them both and their people from the mighty distress. 115 And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles); 116 And We gave them the divine writ that made [right and wrong] distinct, 117 And guided them to the Right Path; 118 And We left for them among the later folk (the salutation): 119 Peace be with Moses and Aaron. 120 Thus do We reward the righteous ones. 121 They were two of Our believing servants. 122 AND, BEHOLD, Elijah [too] was indeed one of Our message-bearers 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 Call ye upon Bal and forsake the Best of creators. 125 God, your Sustainer and the Sustainer of your forebears of old?" 126 But they denied him [Iliyas (Elias)], so they will certainly be brought forth (to the punishment), 127 Except the chosen bondmen of Allah. 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 "Peace and salutation to such as Elias!" 130 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 We rescued him and his whole family, 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 and then We utterly destroyed the others: 136 And indeed, you pass by them in the morning 137 And at night.
