If they call you a liar, tell them, "Let each one of us follow his own way. You will not be responsible for what I do and I will not be responsible for what you do". 41 And some of them give ear to thee; what, wilt thou make the deaf to hear, though they understand not? 42 Some of them look to you. But can you guide the blind, even though they do not see? 43 Indeed, Allah does not wrong mankind a thing, but they wrong themselves. 44 The day He will gather them together it will appear to them that they had lived (in the world) but an hour of a day to make each other's acquaintance. Verily those who deny the meeting with God will be lost, and not find the way. 45 Whether We show you something of what We have promised them or cause you to die [before that], to Us they shall return. God is Witness to all that they do. 46 Every nation has its Messenger. Then, when their Messenger comes the matter is justly decided between them; they are not wronged. 47 And they say: when cometh this promise, if ye say sooth? 48 Say: "I have no power over my own gain or loss other than what God may please." Every people have a certain term. When their time is come they can neither delay it an hour nor advance it a moment forward. 49 Tell them: 'Did you consider (what you would do) were His chastisement to fall upon you suddenly by night or by day? So why are the culprits seeking to hasten its coming? 50 Will you, then, believe in it [only] after it has come to pass - [on the Day when you will be asked, 'Do you believe in it] now, after having [contemptuously] called for its speedy advent?' 51 Then it will be said to the evildoers: 'Taste the chastisement of eternity! Are you recompensed for aught but that you have been earning?' 52 And they ask you (O Muhammad SAW) to inform them (saying): "Is it true (i.e. the torment and the establishment of the Hour; - the Day of Resurrection)?" Say: "Yes! By my Lord! It is the very truth! and you cannot escape from it!" 53
