It is He who gave you hearing, sight, and hearts, but only few of you give thanks. 78 It is He Who has dispersed you all around the earth, and it is unto Him that you shall all be mustered. 79 And it is He Who gives life and causes death, and for Him are the alternations of night and day; so do you not have sense? 80 Rather, they say like what the former peoples said. 81 They say: "What! when we die and become dust and bones, could we really be raised up again? 82 We were promised such things and so were our forefathers before us. All these are no more than tales of the past." 83 Say: "To whom does the earth and whosoever is upon it then belong, if you know?" 84 They will say: "It is Allah's!" Say: "Will you not then remember?" 85 Say, "Who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 Thereupon they will say, “Such greatness is only that of Allah”; say, “So why do you not fear?” 87 Ask them: "Say, if you indeed know, to whom belongs the dominion over all things; (Who is it) that grants asylum, but against Whom no asylum is available?" 88 [And] they will reply: "[All this power belongs] to God." Say: 'How, then, can you be so deluded?" 89 We have sent them the Truth: but they indeed practise falsehood! 90 God has never given birth to a son and there is no other god besides Him. If there were, each god would have taken away his creatures and claimed superiority over the others. God is too exalted to be as they believe Him to be. 91 Knower of the Invisible and the Visible! and Exalted be He over all that they ascribe as partners (unto Him)! 92
