۞ Also We revealed unto Moses, 'Go with My servants by night; surely you will be followed.' 52 Then Pharaoh sent into the cities summoners, 53 Most surely these are a small company; 54 And verily they have enraged us. 55 And lo! we are a ready host. 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 And treasures and agreeable mansions. 58 Thus it was; and We made the children of Israel possess them. 59 And so [the Egyptians] caught up with them at sunrise; 60 And when the two bodies saw each other, the people of Moses said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 We sent a revelation to Moses saying, "Strike the sea with your staff." The sea was rent asunder and each side stood high up like a huge mountain. 63 And We brought near thither the others. 64 And We saved Musa and those with him, all of them. 65 But We drowned the others. 66 Verily! In this is indeed a sign (or a proof), yet most of them are not believers. 67 And lo, thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
