The people of Noah also rejected the messengers. 105 when their brother Noah said unto them: "Will you not be conscious of God? 106 I am for you a faithful Messenger, 107 So fear Allah and obey me. 108 “And I do not ask from you any fee for it; my reward is only upon the Lord Of The Creation.” 109 So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 110 ۞ They answered: "Shall we accept you even though it is the meanest of people who follow you?" 111 Noah said: "What knowledge do I have about their deeds? 112 "Their account is only with my Lord, if you could (but) know. 113 Hence, I shall not drive away [any of] those [who profess to be] believers; 114 I am only a plain warner." 115 They said: if thou desistest not, thou shalt surely be of those stoned. 116 He said, "My Lord, indeed my people have denied me. 117 Therefore judge Thou between me and them with a (just) judgment, and deliver me and those who are with me of the believers. 118 So We delivered him, and those with him, in the laden ship, 119 and drowned the rest. 120 Verily there is a sign in this, yet many of them do not believe. 121 surely your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 122
