Say (O Muhammad): Call upon those whom ye set up beside Allah! They possess not an atom's weight either in the heavens or in the earth, nor have they any share in either, nor hath He an auxiliary among them. 22 Intercession will not avail with Him save for him to whom He gives leave; till, when terror is lifted from their hearts, they will say, "What said your Lord?' They will say, 'The truth; and He is the All-high; the All-great.' 23 ۞ Say thou: who provideth food for you from the heavens and the earth? Say thou: Allah; verily either we or ye are on the guidance or in error manifest. 24 Say, "You will not be asked about what we committed, and we will not be asked about what you do." 25 Say: 'Our Lord will bring us all together, then, with truth, He will rightly judge between us. He is the Opener, the Knower. 26 Say: 'Show me those you have joined to Him as associates. No indeed; rather He is God, the All-mighty, the All-wise.' 27 We have sent you as a bearer of glad news and a warner to the whole of mankind, but most people do not know. 28 and so they ask, "When is this promise [of resurrection and judgment] to be fulfilled? [Answer this, O you who believe in it,] if you are men of truth!" 29 Say, "A Day has already been appointed for you which you can neither delay nor advance by a single moment." 30
