Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

(Muhammad), say, "I seek protection from the Lord of the Dawn 1 against the evil of whatever He has created. 2 "and from the evil of the black darkness whenever it descends, 3 from the evil of the blowers on knots; 4 And from the mischief of the envious one as he practises envy. 5

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
