Al-Saaffaat 4 of 5
And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 And We helped them, so they were the vanquishers. 116 And We gave them the explicit Scripture, 117 And We led the twain on unto the straight path. 118 and left for them among the later folk 119 Peace be upon Moses and Aaron. 120 Thus do We reward the doers of good 121 for those two were truly among Our believing servants. 122 Elijah too was one of the messengers. 123 When he said unto his folk: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 124 "Will ye call upon Baal and forsake the Best of Creators,- 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 But they cried him lies; so they will be among the arraigned, 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 And We left (this blessing) for him among generations (to come) in later times: 129 'Peace be upon Elias!' 130 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 131 for he was truly one of Our believing servants! 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 We saved him and all his people, 134 Save an old woman among the lingerers. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 And lo! ye verily pass by (the ruin of) them in the morning 137 And at night. Then will you not use reason? 138
