۞ So I swear by Mawaqi (setting or the mansions, etc.) of the stars (they traverse). 75 And that is indeed a mighty adjuration if ye but knew,- 76 This is indeed the noble Qur’an. 77 [conveyed unto man] in a well-guarded divine writ 78 which none can touch except the purified. 79 It has been revealed by the Lord of all the worlds. 80 Is it such a Message that ye would hold in light esteem? 81 and do you make it your living to cry lies? 82 Why, then, when (the soul) cometh up to the throat (of the dying) 83 the while you are [helplessly] looking on 84 And We are nigher unto him than ye are, but ye behold not 85 why then, if you are not revived, 86 Do ye not force it back, if ye are truthful? 87 Thus if he is of those brought nigh, 88 it will have rest, happiness, and a beautiful Paradise. 89 And if he is one of those on the right hand, 90 Then (the greeting) "Peace be unto thee" from those on the right hand. 91 But if one happens to be of those who are wont to call the truth a lie, and [thus] go astray, 92 The welcome will be boiling water 93 and will be scorched by the Fire. 94 Verily, this is the Very Truth and Certainly. 95 So celebrate with praises the name of thy Lord, the Supreme. 96
