And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 And delivered them and their people from the great affliction. 115 And We succoured them so that they became overcomers. 116 and We gave them the Clear Book, 117 and guided them upon the Straight Path. 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 Salamun (peace) be upon Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron)!" 120 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 121 for those two were truly among Our believing servants. 122 Verily Elias is one of the apostles. 123 when he spoke [thus] to his people: "Will you not remain conscious of God? 124 Call ye upon Bal and forsake the Best of creators. 125 “Allah – Who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?” 126 But they gave him the lie: and therefore they will most surely be arraigned [on Judgment Day,] 127 except the sincere worshipers of Allah. 128 And We left for him among the posterity: 129 "Peace upon Elias." 130 It is thus indeed that We reward those who do good: 131 for he was truly one of Our believing servants! 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 We rescued him and his whole family, 134 Save an old woman among the lingerers. 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 And lo! ye verily pass by (the ruin of) them in the morning 137 and by night. Will you not, then, use your reason? 138
