The tree of al-Zaqqum 43 Is the food of the sinful 44 Like molten copper; it churns in their bellies. 45 like boiling water. 46 (It will be said of such sinners), "Seize them and drag them into the middle of hell. 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of boiling water, 48 [It will be said], "Taste! Indeed, you are the honored, the noble! 49 "Verily! This is that whereof you used to doubt!" 50 Verily! The Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2), will be in place of Security (Paradise). 51 Within gardens and springs, 52 Attired in silk and silk embroidery, facing one another. 53 So (it will be), and We shall marry them to Houris (female fair ones) with wide, lovely eyes. 54 There in security, they will call for every kind of fruit. 55 They shall not taste therein death except the first death, and He will save them from the punishment of the hell, 56 By the munificence of your Lord; this is the great success. 57 Therefore We have made this (Qur'an) easy in your tongue. They may haply take a warning. 58 So wait thou [for what the future will bring]: behold, they, too, are waiting. 59
