He Frowned ('Abasa)
42 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ He frowned and turned away 1 that the blind man came to him. 2 And what should teach thee? Perchance he would cleanse him, 3 (He might) remember, and the Reminder might profit him. 4 As for him who is not in want of any thing, 5 to a rich man, 6 though you will not be questioned even if he never purifies himself. 7 But as to him who came to thee striving earnestly, 8 and fearfully, 9 you pay him no heed. 10 Not this way this is the advice. 11 So whosoever willeth - let him be admonished therewlth. 12 [It is recorded] in honored sheets, 13 Exalted (in dignity), purified, 14 (Set down) by scribes 15 noble and most virtuous. 16 Accursed be man! How stubbornly he denies the Truth. 17 From what has God created him? 18 Of a small seed; He created him, then He made him according to a measure, 19 then eased his path for him, 20 then makes him to die, and buries him, 21 Then, when He willed, He brought him out. (As during the night of Holy Prophet’s ascension, when all the Prophets gathered behind him in the Al Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem. Or when Allah will raise everyone on the Day of Resurrection.) 22 Nay; but he has not done what He bade him. 23 Let Man consider his nourishment. 24 That We pour down the water, pouring (it) down in abundance, 25 Then split the earth in clefts 26 And produce therein corn, 27 and vines and edible plants, 28 and olives, and palms, 29 And enclosed gardens luxuriant. 30 and fruits, and pastures, 31 In order to benefit you and your cattle. 32 Then when cometh the Deafening Cry 33 upon the day when a man shall flee from his brother, 34 his mother and his father, 35 And his wife and his sons; 36 every man that day shall have business to suffice him. 37 Many faces will that day be bright, 38 Laughing, rejoicing at good news; 39 And some faces will on that Day with dust be covered, 40 Blackness overcoming them. 41 those will be ones who denied the truth and were immersed in iniquity. 42
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
