▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
And for him who fears to stand before his Lord are two gardens. 46 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 47 [two gardens] of many wondrous hues. 48 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 49 In the two Gardens flow two springs. 50 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 51 In [each of] these two will two kinds of every fruit be [found]. 52 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 53 (The dwellers of Paradise) will recline on couches lined with silk brocade and it will be easy to reach the ripe fruits from the two gardens. 54 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 55 Therein shall be those of refraining looks whom before them hath deflowered neither man nor jinn. 56 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 57 lovely as rubies, beautiful as coral -- 58 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 59 Should the reward of goodness be aught else but goodness? -- 60 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 61 And besides these shall be two gardens -- 62 jinn and mankind - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 63 Both [gardens] of the darkest green. 64 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 65 Wherein are two abundant springs. 66 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 67 In both are fruits and palms and pomegranates. 68 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 69 There will be well-disciplined, beautiful maidens. 70 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 71 Fair ones, confined in tents. 72 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 73 Undeflowered by man or by jinn before them, -- 74 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 75 [In such a paradise will they dwell,] reclining upon meadows green and carpets rich in beauty. 76 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 77 Blessed be the Name of thy Lord, majestic, splendid. 78
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
