Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat) before The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ WHEN THE SKY is cleft asunder, 1 When the planets are dispersed, 2 the oceans are merged together, 3 And when the graves are turned upside down (and they bring out their contents) 4 every human being will [at last] comprehend, what he has sent ahead and what he has held back [in this world]. 5 O man! What is it that lures you away from your bountiful Sustainer, 6 Who created you, proportioned you, and balanced you? 7 in whatever composition He wanted. 8 Nay! but you give the lie to the judgment day, 9 But verily over you (are appointed angels) to protect you,- 10 Noble and recording; 11 Knowing all what you may do. 12 As for the Righteous, they will be in bliss; 13 and the libertines shall be in a fiery furnace 14 Which they will enter on the Day of Judgment, 15 to burn therein. 16 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Day of Judgment is! 17 Then, what can make you know what is the Day of Recompense? 18 [It will be] a Day when no human being shall be of the least avail to another human being: for on that Day [it will become manifest that] all sovereignty is God's alone. 19

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
